Service Description

Taiji isn't about getting every movement right; it's about finding stability, balance and enjoying the process. This course introduces students to the essential building blocks for movement that follows Taiji principles. Perfect for total beginners & experienced practitioners revisiting their foundations. You'll learn: ✅ Weeks 1-2: Proper hand postures and motion (how to hold your hands correctly, smooth & relaxed movement, connect with your breath) ✅ Weeks 3-4: Easy footwork (safe steps, balance, and weight shifts) ✅ Weeks 5-6: Combining hands + feet (simple, combined coordination) ✅ Weeks 7-8: Calm focus (using your eyes to guide movements) What you'll gain: → Improved coordination for sports, dance, or daily tasks → Sustainable stress-relief through mindful motion → Re-discover your body through calm and focused awareness
