Kids Taiji + Yoga ※

Service Description

Give your child the gift of calm focus and joyful movement! Our new kids’ class is here, beautifully integrated with the flowing principles of Taiji. They’ll build strength, flexibility, and—most importantly—learn the art of finding their own center in a busy world. They will learn how to regulate their own breath while performing health-benefiting poses, ending the class with a short meditation. Every Tuesday and Thursday at 16:30-17:30pm.
