Together, they help you stand taller, focus sharper, and crush afternoon fatigue. Take a Power Nap to reboot your focus and memory, accompanied by Music Meditation techniques to carry your consciousness into deep, sensory calm & clarity. Napping within 11am - 1pm period lowers our “heart fire” in accordance with TCM. Nourish your spirit, stabilise your emotions.
